Holy Spirit is a community of faith sharing people grounded in Christ. Whether you are young – single – married – middle age or retired, you will find the Peace and Joy in Christ you are seeking here in the fellowship of other disciples.

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a faith filled journey to understand the catholic faith through discussion-based classes with the RCIA leadership team. You will be introduced to the Catholic Mass, the Eucharist, Sacraments, its Feast, Rituals, Symbols, Saints and more. All while developing a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior and a love of community.

Our program begins in the fall with the Inquiry stage, where one is given the broad picture to help them decide if they desire to commit to a weekly faith program. Individuals are then classified as catechumens (unbaptized) or candidates (those baptized in another faith tradition) to begin the journey towards the Easter Vigil. Along the way you will undergo the Rite of Welcome, Rite of Acceptance, Rite of Election, the Scrutinies on the Third, Forth, and Fifth Sundays of Lent, Reconciliation (candidates only).

All participants must be willing to attend Sunday mass each week, meet one evening each week, and attend a scheduled retreat in preparation for the Easter Vigil. Individuals will also be asked to select a sponsor who must be catholic.

At the Easter Vigil participants will be welcomed into the Church and receive the appropriate sacraments.

Following Easter, we will continue to gather for a short time for Mystagogy, a time in which we will reflect on all the Goodness God has worked in our lives.

Becoming a disciple does not end at the Easter Vigil, rather it is just the beginning of your faith journey and a continually commitment to deepen your relationship with Christ.
